Please note that we are not accepting returns/refunds.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs. of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.

While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
